〜さえ〜ば

お金さえあれば、何でもできます。

Okane sae areba, nan demo dekimasu.

With money alone you can do anything.

さえ〜ば says this single condition suffices

雨さえ降らなければ、出発できます。

Ame sae furanakereba, shuppatsu dekimasu.

As long as it does not rain, we can set off.

It works with a negative ば form too

動詞なら ます形＋さえすれば の形になります。

Dōshi nara masukei purasu saesureba no katachi ni narimasu.

With a verb it becomes the stem plus さえすれば.

The verb takes its stem form here: 行きさえすれば is right and 行くさえば is not.
