招待されたので、行かないわけにはいきません。

A double negative meaning have to, more reluctant than なければならない

上司の命令なので、従わないわけにはいかない。

Jōshi no meirei na node, shitagawanai wake ni wa ikanai.

It is the bosss order, so I have to comply.

肯定形との違いは、渋々かどうかです。

Kōteikei to no chigai wa, shibushibu ka dō ka desu.

行くわけにはいかない means cannot go; adding ない flips it
