ため is the written, neutral cause — none of the feeling おかげで or せいで carry

台風(たいふう)のため、本日(ほんじつ)は休業(きゅうぎょう)いたします。

Taifū no tame, honjitsu wa kyūgyō itashimasu.

Closed today due to the typhoon.
