忘(わす)れがちなので、メモしています。

がち is a high tendency, unlike 気味 which is only a touch

冬(ふゆ)は病気(びょうき)がちになります。

Fuyu wa byōkigachi ni narimasu.

Like 気味, it keeps to unwelcome things
