くせに openly reproaches; met at N3, it sits here against the other concessives

Jibun mo dekinai kuse ni, hito o semeru.
He cannot do it either, yet he blames others.
The subject is someone else; rarely yourself

Kono kumi no naka de mottomo kanjōteki desu.
