経営(けいえい)が悪化(あっか)し、倒産(とうさん)に至(いた)りました。

Keiei ga akka shi, tōsan ni itarimashita.

Business worsened until it reached bankruptcy.

に至る is arriving at a state, usually after a worsening process

この期(き)に至(いた)って、言い訳(いいわけ)は通(とお)りません。

Kono go ni itatte, iiwake wa tōrimasen.

At this stage excuses will not wash.

に至って stresses a point of no return

報道(ほうどう)や報告(ほうこく)書(しょ)で見(み)かけます。

Hōdō ya hōkokusho de mikakemasu.
