〜極まりない

危険(きけん)極(きわ)まりない行為(こうい)です。

Kiken kiwamarinai kōi desu.

It is an act of the utmost danger.

極まりない means to the utmost, and takes almost only negative adjectives

失礼(しつれい)極(きわ)まりない態度(たいど)でした。

Shitsurei kiwamarinai taido deshita.

It was an attitude of gross discourtesy.

極まる and 極まりない mean the same thing, which is counter-intuitive

肯定(こうてい)的(てき)な語(かたり)には ほぼ付(つ)きません。

Kōteiteki na go ni wa hobo tsukimasen.

It scarcely attaches to a positive word.

For a good sense you use の極み, as in 感激の極み
