若(わか)いのにしっかりしていますね。

Wakai noni shikkari shite imasu ne.

Young, and yet very dependable.

The gap in のに can fall the good way — unlike くせに

約束(やくそく)したのに来(き)ませんでした。

Yakusoku shita noni kimasen deshita.

They promised, and then did not come.

Here it complains — close to くせに but less barbed

せっかく作(つく)ったのに、誰(だれ)も食(た)べなかった。

Sekkaku tsukutta noni, dare mo tabenakatta.

I went to the trouble of making it and nobody ate it.
