The set form in a weather forecast, where the range is inherently vague

時刻(じこく)や金額(きんがく)のように厳密(げんみつ)な区間(くかん)には使(つか)いません。

Jikoku ya kingaku no yō ni genmitsu na kukan ni wa tsukaimasen.

It is not for exact ranges like times or amounts.
