べからず is the prohibition of a sign, far harder than てはいけません
許すべからざる行為です。
Yurusu bekarazaru kōi desu.
It is an unforgivable act.
べからざる is the noun-modifying form
古い看板と法律文に残っています。
Furui kanban to hōritsubun ni nokotte imasu.
It survives on old signs and in legal texts.
Modern signs mostly say ご遠慮ください
